Bill Havens has been working as a project or production manager for well over a decade, and in the cruise shipping industry for over 20 years. Bill was the project manager for Holland America's EURODAM and is currently managing the sister ship to P&O's VENTURA and the Seabourn ODYSSEY. Bill's credits with NED include project manager for all local entertainment systems on Cunard's Queen Mary 2, commissioning manager for P&O's ARCADIA and consultant to Holland America Line's Signature of Excellence initiative.

Prior to joining NED, Bill spent seven years at Fourth Phase / Production Arts, most recently as senior project manager for the Systems Group. The larger projects he was responsible for include five studios at Fox News Network, Mohegan Sun Casino, and five ships for Holland America Line. Prior to joining Production Arts, Bill served as production manager for Ellis Island Entertainment, working on shows for many corporate and cruise shipping clients. Bill has also served as production electrician on a wide variety of productions, working everywhere from Broadway to the beaches of Cancun.
